Energetic and creative couple wanted to co-run our beautiful Boutique Hotel in Ibiza
Why
As a couple, we have set up and run our hotel with a lot of love for almost 10 years now. It is time for us to take the next step and expand! An extra pair of hands on an operational level seems to be the perfect way to hold on to our successful concept and dive deep into other projects at the same time. After having found a suitable couple, and an adequate settling-in period we will still be present, but less involved in the daily operation. Why a couple? Because we know like no other that the chemistry of a couple and therefor always being able to rely on each other is incredibly valuable. Especially within a small organization.
When
From 2022 season onwards. That is, from April/May 2022. Our plan is to build a long-term relationship with another couple in this field of work and form a solid team together.
What
* Strong couple responsible for the operational activities of the daily business;
* Background in the (boutique) hotel business, preferably with hotel degree and/or demonstrable experience in the hotel and/or hospitality industry;
* Proven management skills and knowledge of small company structures;
* No small children under the age of 15;
* Proven cooperation as a couple, (team) to avoid surprises in the work field;
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken;
* Preferably Dutch, French, German speaking as wel.
The couple we have in mind will have the following responsibilities:
* Front desk
* Coordination housekeeping
* Breakfast staff
* Kitchen staff
* Food and beverage
* Small maintenance tasks within the hotel
How exactly the above is related, we will discuss in depth during the first interviews.
What we offer
