Terms and conditions
Room rates are based on a 2-pers. occupation. Check-in from 3 p.m. Check out by 11 a.m. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. From 15 July – 31 August a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Children from 0-3 years old are free of charge. For children from 4-12 years old, an additional fee will be charged per night. In any case a child is only allowed if this is agreed in writing by the hotel management. Please note that not all our rooms are suitabe for a babycot and/or extra bed.
Credit card details are requested as to confirm your stay and a 100% of the reservation total will be charged from 15 days upon arrival date. All our clients will be notified by e-mail after the amount is charged to their credit card. If we can not charge your creditcard, you will have 24 hours to provide us with new creditcard details. Changes of reservations All changes to existing reservations should be made in writing. Any changes to reservations will be subject to availability.
The Opening offer is a NON REFUNDABLE RATE. Directly after booking, your creditcard will be charged with the full amount of your reservation. Cancellations will not be refunded.
Cancellations or No-show
In the event of a cancellation with less than 15 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. All cancellations should be notified in writing or email. In the event of a no-show or leaving before the check-out date 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Special rates (such as the opening rate) will not be refunded.
For groups (four rooms or more) seperate booking conditions apply. This also includes reservations made individually yet part of a 'Group Booking'. We reserve the right at all times to cancel a group booking in advance or upon arrival if not reported to the hotel management in advance.Please contact us for more detailed information regarding group bookings.
COVID-19 Policy: In the case of a pandemic and/or official government announcemnent which indicates thats guest(s) are not allowed to travel, the hotel will send a voucher with the deposit amount to be used for a future stay. This voucher will be valid until the end of the next season. We strongly recommend to have travel insurance in order to avoid cancellation fees due to any illnes or Covid-19 related dissease(s) or infection(s).
